Biography

Prior to founding Wilcox Dunakin Chrisopoulos, LLP, Chad was an attorney at Gordon & Rees, LLP, and a partner of Booth, Mitchel & Strange, LLP. Throughout his career, Chad has successfully represented Fortune 500 companies, local and national developers, auto manufacturers, large insurance companies and various professionals. Chad’s areas of practice include insurance defense, professional liability (E&O/D&O), surety and fidelity, business litigation, products liability, real estate and construction.

Chad graduated from the University of Southern California with degrees in Economics and International Relations. He was also a member of the USC Rowing Team. Chad completed an extensive international business program, wherein he traveled around the world and studied the business systems and cultures of companies throughout Europe, Southeast Asia, Africa and Japan. He has utilized this training and experience to advise his corporate clients concerning international development, transactions and disputes. Chad has served as general counsel for a national senior care franchise.

Prior to obtaining his law degree from Chapman University School of Law in Orange, California, Chad taught English and History at Dominguez High School in Compton Unified School District. Chad’s passion for education continues to this day as he currently provides legal and developmental services to after-school companies in Southern California. Chad also coaches youth soccer, baseball and All Star softball teams.

Chad is licensed to practice law in California state and federal courts, and he has been sworn in by the United States Supreme Court.

Chad currently resides in San Clemente, California with his wife and three children.
